Lloyds of London

London was cold and wet and I’d only packed for warm weather similar to Paris where I’d been staying. It was Open House London that weekend and we had a tight schedule. The financial district, The City, had always appealed to me, so much modern architecture to photograph, and not only modern but striking and eclectic in design. Totally unfamiliar with the area and no reference points it was a highlight to come up close with Lloyds of London an example of Bowellisn where the services for the building are on the exterior. In the back ground of this piece of wall art is another iconic building, the Walking Talkie.
